The Battlefield is the most dreadful part of Dregs Island. It is referred to as The Battlefield because it is a section of the island between The Quay and The Compound. In the early days of Dregs Island (6 years ago), there were constant battles between these two factions. Since then, Dr. V and Tobias have signed a peace treaty.

The Battlefield is where the worst prisoners have been banished to live a life worse than death.  Trash is sent here, as well as discarded corpses.
