CONGRATS! YOU'VE BOTH WON MY CHUCKLEHEAD OF THE MONTH.

Why are two GROWN women fighting over the microphone at the second grade school play? Seriously. This is LOW CLASS! And whoever posted this on social media - bravo! We all need to know who not to be friends with.

Guess where they live. Summer Gardens. Not surprised.

If two women are fighting over a microphone at a school play, it's important to take action to prevent the situation from escalating. Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Remain calm: As a bystander, it's important to stay calm and avoid getting involved in the physical altercation. Yelling or panicking can make the situation worse.

  2. Separate the women: If possible, try to separate the women by standing between them or physically pulling them apart. You can also ask for help from other bystanders or event staff.

  3. Call for assistance: If the situation is out of control, call for assistance from event staff or security. They are trained to handle these types of situations and can help to de-escalate the situation.

  4. Listen to both sides: After the situation has calmed down, try to listen to both sides of the argument to understand what happened. This can help to resolve any underlying issues that may have contributed to the fight.

  5. Address the underlying issues: If the fight was caused by a deeper issue, such as a personal or professional conflict, address the issue and find a way to resolve it. This can prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

It's important to remember that physical altercations are never the answer and can be harmful to everyone involved. By remaining calm, separating the individuals, and seeking assistance, you can help to prevent the situation from escalating and ensure the safety of those involved.
